I received the camera and contents very quickly. Everything was packed nice and all components appeared to be of quality. Hooked it up as soon as it arrived at my work and set up was simple. I didnt even look at the directions. Theres only one problem with this device and that is the software will not run on Windows 7. I have XP at work and it was fine. Once i got home I have 3 computers that run 7 and it wouldnt successfully load on any of them. If you have XP and dont plan on upgrading then the camera and software work great....If not, then I wouldnt waste your time. I did check the manufacturer website for down loads and they did not have a version that would run on 7.
