Works as advertised.

Purchsed for the Nexia eco-system.No problems with this product. I have a Schlage Link (now Nexia Home automation) subscription and a few of each product throughout the house (cameras, thermostat, appliance modules like this one, light faders, door sensors, etc.)It is important to get the "appliance module" if you are using this on an appliance, OR a non-dimmable lamp (i.e, one with a CFL lamp). The Schlage "Light Module" will fade the light up and down... it cannot simply turn on and off.I have had 2 of these modules go out, due to power surges from lightning strikes.4 stars because the price is a bit high on these.
