We got this item on time and worked fine so far. we get good signal anywhere in the house including basement and 2nd floor. A few quick tips, i used an Iphone USB charger and a USB wire for the camera, instead of the bulky 5v==1A supply came with the item. the battery itself can last for a few days under standby mode. You can use both monitors in "door phone" mode, but if you use one under "Surveillance" mode, (always on for ourdoor scen), then the other one will have no signal. but it is fine. I will see how long this door phone can last and update back. so far i give it 5 stars.
