Piece of Crap and Customer Service is worthless.

I did not buy this video recorder from Amazon, but purchased it from Radio Shack. It started giving me problems after about 6 weeks. I have made 3 calls to customer service and am still having problems. I even bought a bigger card and set it up to record over the oldest recordings so it would be continuous. Well, it sometimes stops recording and I don't notice it until vandals hit and I need to check the recording, which isn't there. I did get a recording of two girls throwing a chunk of asphalt at my car but so far the recorder has failed in every other instance when it was needed. Now it keeps changing dates automatically. I thought it was working and noticed the date was 01/01/09 and I keep correcting it but it keeps changing back. Not good when you want to show police and you cannot verify the date. I paid $350 for this and it's not worth 2 cents.
