This review is more for the whole system not just this extra part but here it goes.The system is a great system for 100 bucks even though its just a little guy. These add-ons are a bit pricey but there's your compromise when you buy a 100 dollar security system!The best thing I can say about this particular contact is that its not too big for a budget item and it worked on the first try!

does not function properly

the door sensor does not function 100% all the time. Amazon should contact the maker and make sure that they sell quality products which function 100%. Amazon should send me a new sensor free.
