I installed this system in a mobile home. It worked as described. I like the fact you can disarm and arm system from any phone and it will playback your recorded message if the alarm trips. Works just fine. If you don't mind the antenna too much, you can definitely utilize the system. Programming was not too difficult. All transmitters and motions worked as described as well.
